The unit for Graduation affairs ensures that a graduate student fulfills the graduation requirement to receive a graduation certificate from his/her academic department. The unit prepares graduation statements, graduation certificates, and transcripts, and gets accreditation of these documents from the concerned authorities.
In addition, the unit maintains contact with graduates and help them get all the documents that may be required of them from their employers. The unit also conducts studies and prepares statistics about the university graduates through collecting information and dessimanation of questionnaires to help the university in its strategic planning in the future.
